Classes consist of two portions. The first emphasises Ki Training, which provides instruction on mind and body coordination. Ki Training teaches students how to relax and improve concentration through Ki Development Exercises and Ki Meditation. The second hour applies Ki Principles to the martial art of Aikido itself, teaching students how to lead opponents rather than fight with them.
