Hold out your hand, and place the tip of your thumb on the first segment of your pointer finger.

Breathe in. On the exhale, move your thumb to the second segment, up to the tip of your pointer finger, then over to the tip of your middle.

And so on, around and around until you reach the middle, the second segment of your ring finger on the count of twelve.

Then go back. Eleven, ten, nine, eight…
