In January of 2002, I received my Mathematics degree from Reed College in Portland, OR. Until October of 2004, I worked for Reed's department of Computing and Information Services. My current employer is Apple Computer.

"Turning Images into Simple Line-Art." Undergraduate Thesis, Reed College, December 2001.
My Junior year was spent in Rennes, France where I studied at the University of Rennes-2. I have a few pictures from my year abroad online. Links will come eventually. June and July of the summer of 2001 were spent studying Portuguese at the Uiversidade Federal do Espírito Santo in Vitória, ES Brazil.
