For our third Geselquilt project, we chose an individual challenge: 
Design and make a quilt or wall hanging that includes the Hoffman Challenge fabric for 2004.

The first to complete hers, Cathy designed this quilt for the adopted daughter of a good friend.  A photo of the quilt label is also shown below.

 After completing the top, Maggie named this quilt "Wings of Challenge."  Each square is bold, dramatic, and unique, while also being tied to the others in circles of harmony, like the members of this quilting group.
 Ginger has designed a wall hanging centered around a carefully selected bit of the challenge fabric.  Three of the nine blocks are shown here.
